Description

I created this journal to help you process your thoughts, feelings and experiences so that you can feel more confident, content and calm. This journal is for tweens, teens and adults!

This journal will help you:

  • reduce stress and anxiety
  • feel better connected with yourself
  • cope better with difficult experiences
  • have better relationships
  • improve mood
  • be kinder to yourself

Have you tried journaling before but you are not sure what to write or where to start? You may not have enough time to sit and write pages but need a quick and easy way to offload. This journal is quick, easy and has images and prompts throughout so is suitable for young people and adults.

Use it only as often as you need to. Some examples of when to use it would be if you:

  • have had a difficult day
  • feel low, stressed or anxious
  • are feeling overwhelmed and don’t know why
  • feel confused about something
  • feel alone or unable to cope

I hope you find it useful in processing your feelings. When you offer yourself understanding and compassion, you will start to realise that all your feelings are valid, you may find that things don’t build up and you have some room for self-kindness, and things will start to feel a little lighter. You may even have room in your life to start a new skill, hobby, interest or project.

Learn to value yourself so that you can ask the same of others.

**This A5 ring bound journal includes 100 colour pages of 4 repeating pages to help monitor and capture your feelings and emotions to help you on your self-belief journey.

My daughter Poppy (age 12) loves her new journal. It’s been a great help when she’s been feeling anxious.

  2. Will

Great journal. 10 year old very happy when it arrived. Useful prompts and activities

  3. Kate

I find using the calendar to be a really useful and fun way for my step-son to talk about and recognise his feelings. Kids have got a lot going on these days with covid and access to so much more content online than we ever did, talking and developing understanding has never been so important. The calendar provides really useful tips to help do this

  4. Anna

I like that you don’t have to fill it in every day. I do a page sometimes if I’m feeling urgh. The colours are really pretty and it had lots of ideas to make me feel better.

  5. Lauren

I bought this journal for my teenager who has found the pandemic quite stressful. She liked it straight away and wanted to have a go.

Obviously her journal is private but she’s continued to use it periodically over a month or so, so she must be finding it helpful.
The quality is nice and the layout is bright and easy to use. I have recommended it to several friends who have tween or teen children. If you’re thinking about buying one, I’d say definitely give it a try.

I love this book! A great set of resources to help children and adolescents develop tools necessary to understand, accept and regulate their emotions. A great concept to help strengthen resilience to the challenges faced in everyday life!

  7. Trisha Bayley

I bought this for a young adult who has always struggled with self esteem. My first concerns were that the book would be aimed at too young an age group and that my Y.A would have no I treat in engaging.

We looked through the first few pages and I talked to my Y.A about the goals and how to perhaps use it, whilst also emphasising that they could use it however felt right to them. Suprisingly the book was met with open mindedness and they started filling it out that night.

I look forward to seeing how we progress with it.
