Good days, bad days, be kind to yourself.

Notice your thoughts and offer yourself kindness and compassion. Your feelings are valid.

I have had many dark times in my life, until I learned to be kinder to myself it could be really debilitating. Now I’m kind to myself, dark times pass through and I can ask for the support I need from myself and others without self shaming, guilting or beating myself up for feeling the way I do.

It takes practice if you’re not used to it, but it is super important so try really hard to wedge it in to your day.
